Are you super organised, full of creative ideas, and looking to get into a varied admin role that supports people, events, and exciting projects?
We're looking for a Junior HR & Company Admin Assistant to join our Monster Ambition and Progression (MAP) Team -- aka our take on HR. At Monster, we don't just tick boxes--we focus on helping our people grow, thrive, and enjoy their time at work. That's why we call ourselves the MAP team (Monster Ambition and Progression team); we guide, support and celebrate our colleagues on their journey.
This role is ideal for someone who wants variety in their day, enjoys getting involved in all sorts of tasks, and has a passion for people, organisation, and creativity. Whether you're helping maintain training records, designing posters for engagement events, or assisting with sustainability projects--we'll support you every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the MAP (HR) team with general admin tasks--emails, gathering quotes, scheduling meetings, updating records and templates.
Helping coordinate training across the company, from booking sessions to tracking compliance (GDPR, Health & Safety, etc).
Creating eye-catching posters, presentations, and internal materials using tools like Canva.
Assisting with the planning and running employee events, competitions, and engagement activities.
Helping out on sustainability projects--bringing green ideas to life across teams.
Pitching in with recruitment and onboarding when needed.
Making things happen behind the scenes, with a focus on accuracy, organisation and positive energy.
What We're Looking For
Creative flair - You enjoy designing engaging visuals and are brimming with ideas on what we can do to sprinkle joy in the workplace.
A natural organiser - You're detail-oriented and love keeping things running smoothly.
A people person - Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with others.
Team spirit - You're happy to muck in and help wherever needed.
Tech savvy - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook), and ideally tools like Canva.
