Are you passionate about employee relations, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Consultant to further their HR expertise as we undergo a significant period of transformation.

UAL is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. As a Junior HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing professional advice and guidance to employees and managers at all levels, ensuring their success and well-being. Applying empathy, you will expertly handle a wide range of employee relations matters, including sickness absence management. Key to this role will be providing a first-rate customer service to our employees whilst also collaborating with trade unions and staff associations to foster positive relationships.

We are investing in our people and developing a new People Strategy. It is an exciting time to join the UAL HR team.

This position is a 12-month fixed term contract.

About you

We\'re seeking someone with a strong grasp of employee relations management, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and well-being. Whether you\'re a seasoned professional or actively pursuing your CIPD qualification, your expertise in providing professional HR advice and guidance to employees and managers at all levels will be highly valued. Experience in managing organisation-wide change is desirable as is experience working with trade unions or staff associations.
