Responsibilities



Assist with the management of office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available. Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information when required. Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner, providing assistance as needed. Help with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as directed by senior staff. Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing ideas and support to enhance productivity. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing to ensure smooth office operations.

Experience



Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with other software applications is a plus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with colleagues and clients. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 40 per week
