About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT & Marketing Assistant to support our IT & Marketing Manager with day-to-day tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across both technical and creative fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with IT support requests, including troubleshooting hardware, software and reporting connectivity issues. Help maintain and update company systems, websites and digital platforms. Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including scheduling content. Assist with creating and editing marketing materials (social media posts, website updates). Photograph and edit product images. Support data entry, documentation, and general office tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and familiarity with design or marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Active Campaign, Photoshop) is a plus. Interest in digital marketing, social media and online tools. Interest in photography. Creative thinking with the ability to contribute fresh ideas for marketing campaigns, content and problem-solving.
