Requirements



What you'll do



Respond to incoming support requests via tickets, email, messaging, and walk-ins, delivering timely and high-quality assistance Escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary Manage staff onboarding and offboarding, including new joiners, leavers, and regional transfers Install, upgrade, and replace daily-use hardware such as monitors, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and AV equipment Provide guidance to staff on the use of cloud-based applications including Zoom, Slack, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Monday.com Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms Perform Azure AD and Active Directory administration tasks, such as password resets, email alias creation, mailbox access provisioning, group assignments, and MFA resets Maintain server rooms and network cabinets to ensure optimal functionality and organization Conduct periodic visits to other office locations (Bath, Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, Leeds, and Krakow) to support smooth daily operations Securely erase data from devices and prepare them for safe and compliant disposal

What you'll bring



At least 1 year of relevant IT experience or completion of an IT apprenticeship Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Familiarity with troubleshooting across multiple platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android Solid knowledge of computer hardware, with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks such as upgrading/replacing RAM, storage, and screens Foundational networking knowledge Basic understanding of AV systems used in meeting rooms Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred) Eagerness to learn and continuously develop your skillset A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Genuine enthusiasm for technology and its evolution Excellent attention to detail, especially in ticketing and documentation
