Job Title: Junior L&D Service Delivery Manager



Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum (not pro rata) + car allowance 3,000, dependent on experience



Location: Home based with travel to sites and Bolton where required



Contract: Full time, Permanent



Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5

JOB PURPOSE:




As a Junior Service Delivery Manager within the Learning, Development and Talent team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning services across Outcomes First Group. Working closely with the Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will help coordinate and monitor L&D activities, ensuring the effective rollout of learning programmes, systems, and initiatives to colleagues across our education and care services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Support the Senior Service Delivery Manager with the day-to-day operational delivery of learning and development services across the Group. Coordinate the scheduling, logistics and communication of learning programmes, workshops and e-learning campaigns. Assist in maintaining accurate training data, reports, and dashboards through internal system Act as a first point of contact for L&D queries from colleagues, providing timely and professional support. Support the continuous improvement of L&D service processes and documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams (including HR, IT, and Payroll) to ensure smooth delivery of learning systems and projects. Monitor service performance metrics, gather feedback and help identify opportunities for enhancement. Contribute to new initiatives and projects under the direction of the Senior Service Delivery Manager. Support with onboarding and compliance-related learning coordination across divisions.

MEASURES (KPIs)



Training compliance:

All mandatory training delivered and recorded within agreed deadlines.

Service responsiveness:

L&D service queries resolved within SLA (48 hours).

Scheduling efficiency:

Training sessions planned and communicated in advance of deadlines.

Operational contribution:

Support continuous improvement projects and process documentation.

Demonstrates professionalism, collaboration and service excellence at all times.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:



ABOUT YOU




You will be a proactive, organised and collaborative individual with a keen interest in learning and development operations. You thrive on delivering excellent service, enjoy working with systems and data, and are eager to build experience in a large and complex organisation.

ESSENTIAL



Experience in an administrative, coordination or service delivery role (preferably within HR or L&D). Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident using MS Office, Excel and learning or HR systems. Customer-focused, with an ability to build positive working relationships across teams. High attention to detail and accuracy.

DESIRABLE



Previous experience working in an education, care or multi-site organisation. Understanding of learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms. Awareness of compliance and mandatory training processes.
