Location: Addlestone | Contract Type: Temporary

Daily Rate: 120 - 135 PAYE
Location: Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office, Addlestone
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who is not only organised but also proactive and enthusiastic about learning! The ideal candidate will have:

• A keen interest in the legal field or previous experience in a similar role (but not essential).

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Your Role:
As a Junior Legal Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will handle a variety of tasks that are essential for the success of our legal team, including:

• Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents.

• Maintaining and organising client files and records.

• Conducting research to support legal projects.

• Communicating with clients and external partners, providing excellent service.

• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
