Key Tasks (not an exhaustive list)
To chase outstanding costs and damages
To bill incoming monies for the Accounts Department Drafting Invoices
Drafting Schedules of Costs Drafting Estimates of Cost
Drafting Statements of Costs for Summary Assessment
To develop skills in order to progress to drafting Bills
Plus, any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected in accordance with the role.
Experience
Good attention to detail Excellent numerical skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills
Excellent IT skills with ability to process information using relevant software (databases, spreadsheet packages)
The ability to work and be managed as part of a team.
Key Competencies
Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to cope in a demanding environment.
Ability to analyses data and extract the relevant information.
Good understanding of Data Protection Regulation and Subject Access Requests. Flexible attitude to work.

Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00
