We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Trainee Lettings Negotiator

to join our growing team. No prior experience is required -- just a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in property. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, along with clear opportunities to progress into a

and beyond.

What You'll Do

Learn the Ropes

- Gain hands-on experience in lettings, from booking viewings to negotiating deals.

Client Care

- Build relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Property Marketing

- Help prepare property listings, arrange viewings, and showcase homes to potential tenants.

Market Knowledge

- Develop an understanding of the East London lettings market and keep up to date with trends.

Team Support

- Work closely with senior colleagues, learning from their expertise and contributing to team success.

Compliance

- Learn how to follow lettings legislation and best practice, ensuring everything is done properly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

Full UK Driving Licence
