Please note this role requires 3 days minimum working in our Offices. During probation this will be 4 days for induction and training purposes.

As a

Junior Management Accountant

, you'll be responsible for:

Sales Ledger and Debtor Control Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliations Supporting the Financial Accounting Manager in finalising monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations. Posting journals for sales, margin information, accruals, prepayments, and nominal corrections. Analysing variances against budgets and forecasts and ensuring robust control accounts, particularly for cash and debtors. Assisting with the annual budget process, from initial drafts to final submissions. Compliance and Audit Support

What We're Looking For



Recently completed (or predicted 2:1 or above) in a relevant degree such as: accounting and finance, economics, business management with finance, mathematics. Internship, placement year, or part-time work in a finance environment is desirable Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. Experience in cash management and ledger reconciliations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. A proactive and flexible team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn quickly and retain information effectively. Desirable - Part-qualified and actively working towards CIMA or ACCA.
