Key Responsibilities

Lead from the front through active involvement in sales and customer engagement Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and group targets Assist with onboarding, coaching, and daily support for new starters Monitor activity levels and contribute to performance reviews and feedback Help plan and organise team schedules and sales activity Uphold company standards, compliance requirements, and professional conduct Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills through hands-on experience

Requirements

Background in sales or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication skills with clear leadership potential Confident supporting, motivating, and influencing others Organised, reliable, and performance-driven Positive mindset with a willingness to learn and progress

No previous management experience required
