QAD is the manufacturing system used by Lush, to record all aspects of production. We are now looking for a Junior Manufacturing Systems Administrator - to support our busy systems team. You will receive full in-house training on the application, and you will have full support from our system experts who have been using the program for 10 + years. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become part of our Systems team, which supports the core of Lush Manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this role will be supporting the setup of new products in the manufacturing system and day to day support of production rooms. You will have to link in with R&D and the rooms to ensure products are set up accurately and in a timely manner and respond to requests from system users.
Over time you are likely to support the rest of the team with diversifying responsibilities including acting as a liaison with QAD, helping with any queries from the Production rooms. supporting the evolution of systems with Lush Manufacturing and keeping the system up to date with regular maintenance of system information.
Desired Skills:

• Be highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
• Good knowledge of Lush Products
• Familiarity with QAD/MFG would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Good English - written and spoken
• Problem solving capabilities
• Attention to detail
• Be confident to work with many different teams of people throughout the business
• Positive 'can do' attitude
