Role Overview

As a Junior Marketing Agent, you will play a key role in executing field and promotional marketing campaigns that connect brands with their target audiences. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to build a long-term career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands in face-to-face marketing campaigns at events, retail locations, or residential areas Communicate key brand messages clearly and confidently to the public Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and generate interest Help set up promotional stands and displays Collect customer feedback and market insights Support the wider marketing team with campaign execution and performance tracking Maintain a professional and positive image at all times

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated A passion for marketing, branding, and customer interaction Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Ability to work both independently and within a team No prior experience required - full training provided
