The
role:

This is a great opportunity for an analytical individual with a flair for data analytics and data management to join an award-winning company, which is breaking new ground in developing people through professional apprenticeships and workplace training. As the Junior Marketing Analyst, you\'ll be an integral part of marketing operations, reporting into the CRM Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be central to our CRM and marketing data processes, analyzing and interpreting data from our CRM and various other channels such as our website, email campaigns, and LinkedIn. Additionally, you will process internal proprietary data, source external data including open datasets, and support market research efforts to give us a holistic view of our market positioning.


Responsibilities
include:

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting and analytical platforms, in particular the integrity of our CRM data.
  • Implement effective segmentation strategies to ensure tailored and relevant communications to different customer groups.
  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Work alongside the marketing, sales, and account management teams to coordinate CRM initiatives and ensure consistent customer communication.
  • Regularly track and report on marketing metrics from various channels, including website traffic, email campaign performance, and LinkedIn analytics.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing funnel data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support market research initiatives by analysing industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to guide marketing strategy.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing automated marketing and sales processes to nurture leads and increase customer lifetime value.

Experience and Skills:

Essential:
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable
Skills:
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization.
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or Power BI
  • Any relevant data and marketing qualifications
