What You'll Do

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of our campaigns -- engaging with customers, representing brands, and supporting our senior marketing and sales teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns through customer engagement Learning and applying strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness Gathering feedback and insights to help tailor messaging and improve campaign results Working alongside team leaders and managers to understand campaign goals and strategies Attending training workshops and team development sessions

What We're Looking For

We hire for attitude first. That said, you'll do well here if you are:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail or marketing is helpful but
