The Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Junior Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in delivering effective, customer-focused campaigns. We prioritise our offline campaigns, a more personal touch, focusing on face to face interactions with customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is wanting to try something new, challenging and progressive personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. You will assist with communication tasks, customer-facing activities, and the monitoring of our offline campaign performance.

This position offers the opportunity to develop core marketing skills while contributing to meaningful projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Track and record daily performance results, including customer interactions, outcomes, and engagement levels Apply basic marketing principles (full training provided) Represent the brand through face-to-face customer interactions, promoting products and services, event-based, and in-person campaign environments Actively contribute towards individual and team daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Deliver clear, engaging messaging to customers to drive conversions, sign-ups, and brand awareness Apply and develop practical sales and marketing techniques through hands-on training and real-world experience
Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills Good organisational and multitasking abilities Comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues Basic understanding of marketing principles (paid training provided) Attention to detail and willingness to learn Previous marketing or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
