Role Overview

The Junior Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing activities, assisting with campaign execution, coordinating promotional tasks, and helping ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns Support the team in creating promotional materials and brand content Help organise and participate in marketing events and customer-facing activities Conduct basic market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and customer interactions Assist with administrative marketing tasks, including scheduling and reporting Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and campaign goals Represent brands professionally during in-person marketing activities

Requirements

No previous experience required; full training provided Strong communication and organisational skills Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Interest in marketing, branding, customer engagement, or events Ability to work in fast-paced and team-oriented environments Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
