Looking to kick-start a people-focused career in marketing and sales with genuine progression potential? Our client is expanding their Glasgow-based team and looking for confident, motivated individuals to join us their sales team as Junior Marketing Assistants including sales duties.

This is a face-to-face, field-based role focused on connecting with customers in the local area. You won't be behind a desk--this is a hands-on opportunity to represent recognised brands, speak directly with the public, and help grow customer bases in residential areas.

No experience? No problem. Our Client provides full training and support from day one, so all you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:

Representing clients and engaging directly with members of the public where they reside Promoting a range of products and services through tailored, face-to-face conversations Creating genuine connections and providing excellent customer service Building brand awareness and generating new customer sign-ups Working independently and as part of a supportive team to meet targets Managing your daily route and keeping accurate records of interactions and outcomes
