Content Creation & Social Media

Create regular content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Film and edit short-form videos explaining business, tax, and finance topics in a clear, engaging, and modern way. Create educational, trend-led, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects Bee Motion's personality. Support a consistent posting strategy with clean visuals and strong messaging.

Education & Brand Voice

Help turn accounting and business knowledge into easy-to-understand content. Support founder-led content across LinkedIn and Instagram. Maintain Bee Motion's tone: friendly, knowledgeable, modern, and approachable.

Community & Engagement

Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story replies. Support client spotlights, success stories, and community features. Help grow trust and familiarity with the Bee Motion brand.

Content Planning & Reporting

Assist with content planning, scheduling, and basic analytics tracking. Monitor trends in social media, small business, tech, and finance to keep Bee Motion ahead of the curve.

Brand & Creative Support

Support campaigns, launches, client announcements, and internal projects. Help keep Bee Motion's visual identity consistent across platforms.

What We're Looking For

A person who:

Is interested in content creation, social media, and digital marketing Enjoys learning about business, finance, tech, or entrepreneurship Is confident on camera (or wants to be) Understands trends and knows how to apply them professionally Values clarity, organisation, and modern ways of working Wants to grow with a forward-thinking business

Nice to Have Skills

CapCut or Premiere Pro editing Basic photography or filming knowledge Understanding of social hooks and short-form video structure Strong written communication skills Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
