Junior Marketing Assistant

SUMMIT Workspace Limited is based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, designing and create high quality, beautiful commercial furniture.

We are recruiting for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support the Managing Director. Tasks include general marketing duties, content creation, drafting marketing materials and managing day to day marketing projects.

Junior Marketing Assistant duties and responsibilities

Supporting the Managing Director in completing agreed sales & marketing activities across the group. Supporting the company at industry events, (Clerkenwell Design Week). Managing group social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages. Updating the digital price lists & project manage new price list prints. Updating website with product information. Creating new product materials for new launches. Managing the marketing database and email creation & distribution. Drafting marketing materials as required. Creating graphics for social and website use. Taking basic photography for social media and website use. Liaising with 3rd party designers, printers, web hosting etc. Supporting customers with marketing materials when required.
What we're looking for

Would suit school/ college leaver with enthusiasm for marketing/ creative. Basic graphic design skills would be helpful. Basic photography skill would be helpful for social postings. Good organisation & prioritisation skills. Good sense of urgency for task completion. Job Type: Full-time

Education/ Experience

School/ college leaver. GCSE maths / english Studied Business or Marketing at school/ college would be helpful. Basic Graphic Design/ Photography would be advantageous.
