Role Summary



We're looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for creativity, social media, and digital marketing who's looking to build hands-on experience and develop their career.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to support day-to-day marketing activity from creating social media content and assisting with photography, to helping deliver email campaigns and maintaining website content. The role offers excellent scope for learning, with on-the-job training and opportunities for external professional development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and digital activity across social media, email, and web. Create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media posts (including photography and short-form video). Assist with the creation and sending of email campaigns and newsletters. Help maintain and update website pages and event listings. Capture and edit photography for marketing materials, events, and digital channels. Support with copywriting for blogs, social posts, and other promotional content. Assist in producing and organising marketing materials and event collateral. Help monitor engagement and report on campaign performance. Liaise with suppliers, designers, and other departments as needed.

DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING



This role includes structured on-the-job training and opportunities for external professional development. As you grow in the role, you'll gain experience in:

Managing website content and updates. Planning and running marketing campaigns. Developing creative ideas and taking greater ownership of digital channels. Professional training and mentorship from the Head of Marketing.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE



Essential:



A genuine interest in marketing, creativity, and digital media. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Basic photography and image editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, or similar). Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Desirable (training provided if needed):



Experience using email platforms (Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.). Familiarity with updating websites or CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress). Basic understanding of SEO or digital advertising.
