Are you a creative and data-driven digital marketer ready to make an impact? We're looking for an experienced (1 year minimum)
Junior Marketing Executive
to help us grow our online presence, strengthen our brand visibility, and drive measurable results across multiple platforms.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for managing and optimising our digital marketing activities across search, social, and web. From fine-tuning our website and SEO performance to leading engaging campaigns on social media (including TikTok), this role is ideal for someone who knows how to turn clicks into conversions and content into conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise website content and structure for SEO performance.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve Google rankings.
Keep up to date with Google algorithm changes and AI Overview visibility opportunities.
Plan, create, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns -- including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a strong online presence.
Support with website updates and minor content or design amendments (WordPress or similar CMS experience desirable).
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
1 years' experience
in a marketing role.
Proven experience with
SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads,
and website optimisation.
Strong understanding of
how Google rankings work
and how to appear in
AI Overviews
.
Experience creating and managing campaigns on
TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
A proactive, creative thinker who enjoys staying ahead of digital trends.
