Job Overview

As the Junior Marketing Executive, you will execute and optimise all marketing operations. You will own sales and distributor support, lead routine sales meetings, create campaign assets, collaborate with CSR, and help manage logistics for industry events. You will maintain our sustainability documentation and ensure CSR considerations are embedded across all marketing assets and communications. The ideal candidate is

Job Role:



Marketing Operations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and distributor support within the marketing department. Handle all administrative tasks related to marketing activities. Manage marketing and website inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses. Manage all sustainability documentation and ensure sustainability is considered across all campaigns and assets.
Marketing Events Coordination and Logistics:

Coordinate the logistics of industry events and assist with asset creation for sales/distributor events.
Marketing Communications:

Support the Marketing Executive with email campaigns, lead nurturing, and public relations activities.
Brand Management:

Act as brand guardian to ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines.
Creative Services:

Design and prepare marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
Strategy and Planning:

Help translate strategic decisions into actionable plans and support their implementation.
Other Responsibilities:

Represent the marketing department in the CSR forum. Analyse marketing trends and conduct market research to stay abreast of industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g.,

ClickUp,

Canva

);

Salesforce

experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of sustainability and CSR best practices.

Experience in beauty/cosmetics or B2B marketing is desirable.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
