Key Responsibilities
Collect and organise data from campaigns, surveys, social media, and customer feedback
Support the development of client performance reports and dashboards
Identify market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity
Assist with the preparation of presentations and insight summaries for internal teams and clients
Work closely with the marketing team to translate data into strategic recommendations
Conduct desk research to support campaign planning and audience profiling
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across reports
Requirements
A keen interest in marketing, data analysis, and consumer trends
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Google Analytics or other tools is a plus
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
