Key Responsibilities
Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across all platforms
Monitor and report on campaign performance
Work with internal teams to support projects and ensure deadlines are met
Support B2C marketing activity through tailored content and outreach initiatives
Assist with organising events or campaigns alongside clients
Manage onboarding processes
Effectively manage a team of people to hit client mandated KPIs
Skills and Experience
A strong interest in marketing, sales, project coordination, and people management
Strong organisational skills, using tools like Google Docs/Sheets
Good analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret basic performance data
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
An interest in B2C Sales and Marketing
