The Opportunity

As a Junior Marketing Partner, you'll support experienced marketers across a range of projects -- from digital campaigns to communication plans -- gaining hands-on exposure to how marketing drives value for patients and customers. You'll build your understanding of marketing fundamentals while learning how to translate data, insights, and creativity into meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Learn & Contribute

Support the development and delivery of engaging marketing activities. Help gather insights to understand audiences and measure impact. Get involved in brainstorming and planning sessions to explore fresh ideas.

Collaborate & Communicate

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and smooth delivery. Support internal communications and external campaigns that tell powerful stories.

Grow Your Skills

Learn how to use marketing tools and systems such as Salesforce or Veeva PromoMats. Build confidence interpreting data and suggesting small improvements. Develop your understanding of digital and omnichannel marketing.

Who You Are

Curious, creative, and eager to learn. Comfortable using digital tools and open to exploring new systems. Collaborative and proactive, with a positive, can-do approach. Interested in how communication, science, and technology come together to improve lives.
