As a Junior Partnership Manager you'll play a key role in driving the next phase of growth for the Partnerships channel within the HelloFresh Group. You will support the expansion of our acquisition ecosystem by sourcing, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships across the UK for both HelloFresh and Green Chef.
In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential partners, and managing end-to-end campaigns that maximise conversions and ROI. You will nurture and grow existing relationships while proactively securing new partners that drive scalable performance.
You'll collaborate closely with local and global Growth Partnerships teams, bringing an innovative, commercial mindset to optimising partnership performance and unlocking new verticals. To succeed, you'll bring hands-on experience in partnerships or affiliate marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for business development that fuels long-term, sustainable growth.
