Junior Mechanical Project Manager - Permanent Role
About the Company
1st Step is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bristol-based company with over 40 years of trading history. The business delivers medium to large-scale domestic and commercial projects across sectors including residential apartments, education, and healthcare.
Role: Junior Mechanical Project Manager
Location: South Gloucestershire / Bristol
Start Date: Mid-January 2026 - February 2026
Salary: up to 45,000 per annum
Package: Company car or car allowance, private medical healthcare
Job Type: Permanent
Requirements:

Ambition to progress into a full Project Manager position
Strong organisational and communication skills
Clean UK driving licence
