As the Junior Merchandiser:

• Reports into the merchandising manager
• Ownership of your own categories
• Working collaboratively with your manager to support on wider areas
• Collaborative approach to newness and repeat lines with Buying team
• Confidently provide key notes and actions for all trade meetings
• proactively plan, forecast and protect your stock position, ensuring that sales are at all times optimised
• Review phasing, cancellations, promo and mark down weekly, if not daily
• Plan all sign off meetings and take accountability for your offer along with Buyer
• Ability to understand and forecast budgets, ensuring that ranges are fulfilled accurately along with OTB
• Builds critical paths for the full season, ensuring peak selling windows are planned to
• Work to departmental critical paths with buyers, ensuring lines remain on time and to the correct quality
• Review PO management with MA and Buying team, ensuring all detail is correct around freight, ex-factory dates, qty\'s and cost prices
• Proactively negotiate and liase with freight forwarders & 3rd parties for correct inco-terms (Landed & FOB)
• Nurtures and develops MA
• Takes responsibility for the delegation of tasks for direct reports
• Accountable for the accuracy and speed in which tasks are carried out by wider team

You will be used to presenting and having autonomy of your own categories. We\'re keen to engage with ambitious merchandisers who want a role with plenty of exposure. You\'ll either be a Senior Assistant Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser already.
