The Role

As our Junior Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are available, well-presented, and performing strongly across our sales channels. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone looking to build a career in e-commerce and merchandising within the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all sales channels Manage product listings, descriptions, and imagery on own storefront as well as Amazon and eBay Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers Track inventory movement and highlight slow-moving or out-of-stock items Optimise product presentation and positioning to maximise sales Analyse sales data and market trends to inform buying decisions Respond to marketplace queries and ensure high seller ratings Coordinate with warehouse/fulfilment teams regarding stock movements Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising

Essential Requirements

1-2 years' experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or retail buying (or relevant education) Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay selling platforms Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for stock management and reporting Good numerical skills and commercial awareness Proactive attitude with ability to work independently Excellent written communication skills

Desirable

Interest in or knowledge of gaming hardware/peripherals Experience with inventory management software Understanding of marketplace SEO and optimisation techniques Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
