Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to server / network support requests and inquiries from clients.
- Support customers and resolve issues related to server issues, dedicated line network connectivity, VPN connectivity and exchange connectivity.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain globally distributed datacentre infrastructure.
- CCNA
- Routing & Switching
- Linux fundamentals
