We're looking for a proactive and organised

Junior Operations Assistant

to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role with lots of variety - perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us. No formal qualifications needed - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing



Daily Operations



Stay on top of day-to-day business activity by reconciling job cards, logging faults, checking safety documentation, processing timesheets, and handling delivery notes and returns. You'll help ensure everything is recorded accurately and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

Reporting & Metrics



Play a key role in tracking our performance by compiling weekly and monthly business reports, logging engineer feedback, updating quality checks, and keeping key records accurate. You'll also help maintain our environmental reporting by updating the carbon tracker and waste documentation.

Stock, Equipment & Safety



Support the smooth running of our equipment and supplies by assigning kit to staff, tracking stock levels for PPE, uniforms and consumables, managing surplus items, and helping keep our compliance records up to date through routine safety checks and audits.

Cross-Team Support



Support the wider team with onboarding suppliers and contractors, posting company updates on social media, and keeping staff recognition schemes like Employee of the Month running behind the scenes.

Financial Admin



Get involved in the finance side of things by helping with payroll, pension admin, invoice processing, PO tracking, and holiday approvals. You'll also support our accounts inbox and keep financial records tidy and accurate.

A reliable, detail-focused team player Confident using a computer and open to learning new systems Good written communication and task ownership Proactive, organised, and happy to muck in wherever needed Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential
