Position Overview

We are seeking a

Junior Operations Manager

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to operational excellence. You will work closely with senior leaders to support process improvement, monitor performance, and help ensure our internal operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing operational initiatives across the business. Support the development, documentation, and refinement of internal processes and workflows. Track and analyse performance metrics to provide data-driven insights. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on priorities and timelines. Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and support solution implementation. Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to evolving needs. Comfortable using data, documentation tools, and productivity software. Prior internship or experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination is helpful but not required.
