We are looking for a
Junior Personal Assistant
to provide full day-to-day support to our Private Office Team.
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 5 days a week from our Mayfair office.
You will provide an efficient and smooth service, including diary management and administration support. This is a fast-paced and demanding role with a lot of interaction, both supporting the team and the clients. Through your commitment and talent, you will make a significant contribution to the growth and ongoing success of the firm from the outset.
Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:
Diary management, including arranging meetings and finding suitable locations for such meetings
Running errands
Helping onboard clients
Scanning/filling
Internal organisation
Liaising with suppliers over the telephone (ie utilities companies)
Travel arrangements - finding not only the best connections, but at the best prices, with the favoured carriers
Organising events (recurring and ad hoc)
Managing timelines and deadlines
Liaising with other relevant staff
Keeping all subscriptions and memberships up to date
Expense management and liaison with relevant accounting professionals
Summarising and drafting documents and emails on client's behalf
About you
Naturally you will be able to offer and demonstrate previous administrative or Office -based experience. You will be confident in working to a high standard, have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to your work. Ideally you will also have/be:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at different levels
