We are seeking a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join our financial services team. Duties
Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and documentation for clients
Analyse client data to support the development of personalised financial plans
Conduct research on financial products and market trends to inform planning strategies
Support senior paraplanners and financial advisers with administrative tasks and client correspondence
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organise and prioritise workload efficiently to meet deadlines
Contribute to the ongoing review and optimisation of internal processes related to financial planning
Provide excellent customer service by responding professionally to client enquiries and supporting their needs
Skills
For this role you must have the DIP FA - Level 4 or 1 exam away. If you do not hold these qualifications your application will not be considered.
Strong report writing and analysis skills with a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of financial services, including financial planning principles and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within tight deadlines
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Good IT skills with an understanding of general software applications used within financial planning environments
Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently and work independently when required
Customer service orientation with a professional approach towards clients and colleagues
