Pense is a next-generation, FCA-regulated financial advice firm specialising in retirement income planning. We combine expert human advice with smart technology to help people get more from their pensions -- often saving clients tens of thousands in fees compared to traditional providers. From pension drawdown to annuities and tax-free cash strategies, we offer transparent, fixed-fee advice focused entirely on the client's best interests.
We're growing fast, trusted by thousands of clients, and rated 5-stars on Trustpilot. Now, we're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Junior Pensions Administrator to join our mission of transforming pension advice in the UK.

Handle client queries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service
Maintain compliance with FCA regulations, internal policies, and GDPR requirements
Assist with onboarding new clients into drawdown or annuity solutions
Provide administrative support across the wider operations team as needed

A reliable and dependable approach to work, with excellent punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility for delivering tasks accurately and on time

Willingness to learn new systems and processes (full training provided)

Desirable (but not essential):
An interest in pensions, financial services, or administration
