What you'll do
As a Junior People Partner for Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of people plans, including people development interventions, change / transformation projects, and cyclical people activities. Working closely with the People Partners, you will help design, implement, and embed a variety of people change initiatives and cyclical activities, such as talent reviews, bonus and pay reviews, and peak recruitment, to create a great colleague and line manager experience. Your role will involve consistent delivery of people activities within agreed timescales, consulting with stakeholders, analysing data to support development of people plans, driving business change initiatives and supporting the delivery of the overarching workforce strategy and associated activities.
