Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals.


We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior PR Executive to join our in-house PR team, working across the + Me brands. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.


About the role:


In this role, you will support the PR Manager and external agencies in delivering Skin + Me's consumer and trade PR strategy, helping to build brand awareness, credibility and advocacy.


This role is ideal for someone early in their PR career who is passionate about skincare, curious about the beauty and wellness landscape, and excited to learn how to deliver impactful, integrated PR campaigns. You will help bring Skin + Me's brand values and USPs to life through compelling press activity, supporting both day-to-day execution and larger launches.


You'll develop a strong understanding of the skincare industry, build relationships, and play a key role in ensuring PR activity is well organised, insight-led and effectively reported.

What you'll do:

Agency Support: Support the PR Manager in day-to-day communication with external PR agencies, helping to ensure alignment with brand objectives and smooth execution of campaigns. Campaign Support & Coordination: Assist in the execution of PR campaigns, working closely with internal teams (e.g. product, creative and digital) and external partners to help deliver activity on time. Project Support: Manage smaller tasks or workstreams within PR projects, supporting timelines, budgets and quality standards under the guidance of the PR Manager. Events & Activations: Support the planning and delivery of press events, product launches and brand activations, assisting with logistics, coordination and on-the-day execution. Strategic Support: Support the PR Manager in the development and delivery of PR strategies, contributing ideas, research and insights where appropriate. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Help track campaign performance and PR coverage, maintaining trackers and supporting reporting by gathering data and summarising key learnings for the wider team.

Who you are:

Ideally have 1-2 years' experience in PR, communications or a related marketing role (agency or in-house). Strong interest in skincare, beauty, wellness and consumer brands. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Proactive, curious and keen to learn. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing deadlines. Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding performance and results.
