ABOUT THE ROLE







As

Junior Product Designer (Partnerships)

, you'll help bring to life Reflo's partner collections - from elite football clubs to major global sporting events.





Working as part of the

Product Team

, you'll design apparel that reflects each partner's identity while staying true to Reflo's performance and sustainability ethos. You'll also have opportunities to collaborate with the

Marketing Team

- creating visual content, graphics, and creative assets that bring our brand stories to life.





This is the perfect role for a creative all-rounder who's passionate about

sports, design, and sustainability

- someone eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow into a key creative voice at Reflo.





RESPONSIBILITIES







Product Design (Partnerships)

Support the design and development of apparel for Reflo's sports and event partners. Create

product sketches, print layouts, and graphic concepts

in line with brand guidelines. Translate briefs into

commercial, performance-driven designs

for approval and production. Prepare and maintain

design packs

, ensuring accuracy across artwork, trims, and branding. Assist in fittings, prototype reviews, and design adjustments to ensure fit and function. Design print concepts, placement graphics and team kit designs.



Graphic Design & Creative Support

Produce artwork for

logos, prints, trims, packaging, and tags

. Support

marketing campaigns

with design assets - from digital graphics to social visuals. Contribute to

storyboards and mood boards

for new launches and partnerships. Help prepare presentations and visuals for internal and partner meetings.



Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with the

Product Development

,

Partnerships and

Marketing

teams to ensure seamless project execution. Manage multiple projects and timelines in line with production schedules. Stay up-to-date with

sportswear trends, materials, and sustainable design innovations

.


ABOUT YOU




ESSENTIALS




2+ years' experience in product or graphic design, ideally within apparel and sportswear. Strong in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign and 3D tools a plus). Strong understanding of graphic composition, colour. Excellent print design skills, including seamless repeats. A natural collaborator with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Passionate about sports, sustainability, and creating products that perform and inspire. Highly organised, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
