The Vacancy
We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals, and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Production Operator.
In this role, you will play an essential part in the production of our products within the Through Hole production lines. You'll help maintain product quality, run equipment, perform quality checks, and complete routine machine maintenance, contributing directly to our manufacturing success.
Please note: This is a 6-month fixed term contract involving a rotating two-week shift pattern:Week 1: 06:00 AM - 14:00 PM Week 2: 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM

A 20% shift premium will be applied on top of your basic salary for all hours worked under this shift pattern.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolder through-hole components to IPC-A-610, class 3 standard. Operate selective soldering machines and perform rework on PCB assemblies. Conduct regular quality checks and basic machine maintenance. Support improvement activities and maintain accurate stock levels. Work collaboratively to enhance manufacturing processes and minimise delays.

Experience, Skills & QualificationsBasic electronics knowledge (e.g., component recognition, hand soldering). Comfortable working with PCs and bespoke software. High attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures/drawings. Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication and a flexible, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
