We're looking for a

Junior Project Controller

with an

engineering background

to join our Milton Keynes team and start a consulting career focused on project controls and performance management.

The role

As a Junior Project Controller at MIGSO-PCUBED, you'll support the planning, tracking and reporting of complex engineering projects within client environments. Working alongside experienced consultants and project teams, you'll develop strong foundations in scheduling, cost control, risk management and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking Assist with cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting Support risk, issue and change control processes Produce project reports, dashboards and performance metrics Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities Work closely with engineering teams, project managers and stakeholders Support governance activities, reviews and assurance processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Degree or HNC/HND in

Engineering

(mechanical, electrical, systems or similar) Early-career experience (typically 1-3 years) in an engineering, project support, planning or control role Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools Clear communicator with the ability to engage technical stakeholders Keen to develop a career in
