In this role, you'll work closely with our design, manufacturing, and production teams, as well as external stakeholders including architects, developers, and clients. You'll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and project documentation, ensuring each project runs smoothly from concept through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed technical drawings for manufacturing and installation purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless design-to-manufacture processes.
Liaise with architects, developers, and clients to deliver project-specific solutions.
Interpret verbal instructions and translate them into clear, accurate drawings.
Discuss manufacturing requirements with the Production Manager.
Coordinate the filing, storage, and distribution of all drawings and technical documents.
Key Requirements:
Proficient in 2D drafting software, ideally AutoCAD or DraftSight.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, etc).
Excellent attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Design knowledge and the ability to present ideas clearly.
Training will be provided due to the bespoke nature of our work.
Hours:
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 7.30am - 4.00pm
Friday: 7.30am - 3.00pm
