As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team and help support the successful delivery of residential and commercial projects.

Your Role - As a Junior PM / Estimator, you'll work closely with our project managers and estimating team to support both the pre-construction and execution phases of our projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while building your own foundation in project management and cost estimating.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Help coordinate site activities and documentation Monitor timelines and budget adherence Support project close-out processes
Estimating Support

Review architectural plans, specs, and drawings Perform basic quantity take offs and cost calculations Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes Assist in preparing bids and proposals Update estimates to reflect changes and revisions
What You Bring

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Buildertrend) is an asset Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar experience A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
