The Junior Project Manager will support the wider Projects Team in developing and coordinating BESS projects at various stages of their lifecycle, from inception to construction and operations and maintenance. They will assist in the progression and prioritisation of project tasks to help ensure the successful delivery of grid scale projects, working closely with other technical teams within the business and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Projects Team in developing and constructing BESS projects.
Assist in project de-risking, cost tracking, team tracking and progress.
Work within the wider projects team in all matters relating to early development stages including acquisition, planning and development.
Preparing presentations and facilitating internal procedures.
Coordinating communications for the Project Team including calls and emails.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to assist in various areas of project delivery.
Requirements:
Degree qualified, ideally in a STEM subject.
Proven experience in a Project Management role.
Experience, ideally within a renewables, power or engineering environment.
Confident in engaging external and internal stakeholders.
Evidence of problem solving with the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple work flows.
Must be commutable to Cheltenham as this role is fully office based.
