Smart Tec Solutions operate throughout the UK offering Electrical and Mechanical Engineering services, specialising in retail, commercial and education sectors. We offer a true design and build service to all sectors.

Position

We are searching for a Junior Electrical Project Manager, on permanent basis. The successful candidate will have significant opportunities to gain additional qualifications and specific training to ensure progression within the company learning new skills along the way. This entry level position will offer valuable experience within industries like IT, Construction and Healthcare. You will be involved in the planning, technical design, and engineering aspects of each project and will be responsible for supporting Senior Management team with a hands-on approach throughout the project life cycle, from inception to completion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Working on electrically biased projects on behalf of large blue-chip clients nationwide, initially the role will be working closely alongside senior Project Managers with a long-term progression plan in place.

Client interaction both in person and remotely, attending regular meetings with the specific clients that have been assigned.

Working closely with Engineers and the Operations team.

Supporting the project management team with research and project planning.

Assisting the Project management to manage tasks and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

About you

Ideally a qualified electrician wanting to come off the tools. (ECS Gold Card)

Project Management understanding.

You will work well as part of a team.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Excellent communication and customer facing skills.

Full UK driving licence.

Salary: Up to 35,000
