29k-39k

Hours: 07:45 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Overview

We are seeking a hard-working, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our Installation Team as a Junior Projects Manager. The role involves supporting the delivery of a wide range of refrigeration and HVAC installation projects, including milk tanks and silos, air conditioning, HFC and CO? refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with project preparation, including file audits and pre-site checks. Support planning and organisation of installation works; organising engineering resource and liaise with customers as required. Arrange site deliveries, equipment hire, and bottle collections. Assist in developing and managing project programmes. Support project sign-off and handover to the Service team for contract setup. Help create method statements, risk assessments, and site documentation. Produce Operation & Maintenance manuals for all completed projects.

Future Progression

The long-term aim is for the Junior Project Manager to become capable of independently running projects, improving team capacity and supporting business growth. You will have the opportunity to gain full on-site health and safety competence, develop design engineering skills, progress to Auto CAD design, and ultimately take responsibility for managing your own projects.

Experience & Requirements

Strong work ethic, motivation, and willingness to learn. Good communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail: Ability to work accurately, carefully review information, and maintain high standards in all tasks. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, file management). Ability to work well within a team and follow structured processes. Interest in engineering, mechanical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC. Full UK driving licence.
