Property Designer

Responsibility of delivering restaurant designs for new space and the refurbishment of existing restaurants . Ensures designs adhere to brand values and guidelines , and ultimately ensuring we delight our customers.



What you'll do:


Design and deliver restaurant designs that align with PE Core Brand Values Carry out site visits for project briefings, site meetings and handover meetings Supports the Design Manager to develop designs to ensure the proposal is progressive, appropriate and cost effecive Communication with the wider property team, internal/ external stakeholders along with external design agencies Produce design concepts and complete detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD, Licensing Plans & Landlord packs. Seek local approvals where required for licensing and EHO through the PizzaExpress Legal Team Work with suppliers, contractors and consultants (Cost Managers, Project managers etc) to deliver successful projects. Deliver clear end-to-end design execution and management of projects.

What you'll need:


Creative related degree eg Interior Design Competent IT skills including AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Photoshop Delivering professional drawing packages that aligns with technical deliverables and compliance Flexible approach to project demands (timings and location) and workloads. Ability to work under pressure and deliver tight deadlines.
