We work on all size and types of developments; currently we have a 17 unit scheme in Cambridge, 50 unit scheme in Surrey, 2 executive homes in Central London and even an aerospace development in Lewisham. If the deal works, we'll go and do it.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and ambitious

Junior Development Manager

to support our development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of property development--from feasibility and planning through to pre-construction coordination.

Working closely with senior team members, you will support site appraisals, planning processes, consultant management, and project administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with feasibility studies, site appraisals, and financial viability assessments Support the preparation and coordination of planning applications Liaise with architects, engineers, planning consultants, and solicitors Assist in managing due diligence, legal documentation, and acquisition processes Track project budgets, timelines, and consultant deliverables Maintain clear project documentation and reporting Prepare internal reports, presentations, and development briefs

About You

Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Planning, Construction, or similar On-site and hands on experience in development Strong analytical and numerical skills Confident communicator with strong organisational ability Commercially aware and eager to build a development career Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Interest in viability models and financial appraisal tools (training provided)
