We're seeking a

Junior Property Manager (12 months FTC)

to join our dynamic in-house Property & Legal team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who is looking to make a move into/within property or legal.

Key Responsibilities:




Providing support to the business, with particular focus on:



Property:

supporting the property function of the business.

Supervising property projects:

you will be expected to manage and coordinate property projects as appropriate within the business.

Inbox management:

you will manage the Property Management Inbox including, but not limited to, reading and filing emails, distributing emails to the relevant person in the business, as appropriate.

Property processes:

updating the property processes and guides as appropriate with relevant detail including where procedures change in the business and 'helpful tips' as required.

Data management:

you will be expected to manage our property database with new and updated information.

Precedent forms:

you will need to complete our internal forms to update the business on any new leases or property information as required.

Liaising with the wider business:

including but not limited to the commercial team, tech services, operations teams and finance team. The successful candidate will work with the commercial team, legal team, the wider business and external advisors regarding NCP's portfolio management.

Utilities and business rates:

assisting with queries on utilities and business rates on NCP's portfolio.

What We're Looking For:





A commercially minded person who is looking to further develop their property skills. Attention to detail and well organised. Commercial property, portfolio management and Landlord & Tenant Act experience and knowledge advantageous but not required. Have the commercial acumen to understand how your work and advice affects the team and wider business objectives. Strong IT skills and the ability to learn how to use new systems is important. Experience using Sequentra (our property database and lease management system) preferred but not required. Good administrative skills and ability to work as part of a team. The successful applicant will be able to work both independently (with the ongoing support of our in-house Legal team) and within a team.
