Job Description
LDB are an independent estate agency based in Hammersmith, letting and managing property across Central and South-West London. We have been connecting landlords and tenants for two decades, as well as looking after an ever-growing portfolio of properties.
We are looking for someone to join our young and dynamic team as a Junior Property Manager. Experience would be preferred but not essential, as the necessary training can be provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist a Senior Property Manager in the day-to-day management of our portfolio. Work with contractors and tenants to ensure required maintenance is completed. Organise for necessary compliance to be obtained. Inspect properties to ensure good order and recommend necessary works. Form good relationships with landlords and tenants
Key Skills:
Working well in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service Good IT skills A hunger to learn new skills and keep up-to-date with ever-changing legislation Full UK Driving Licence Preferred for access to a company car
